Terms of Service

Pro Crew LLC
Effective Date: 12/12/2024

1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Pro Crew LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for Air Duct Cleaning and Appliance Repair (“Services”). By using our services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

2. Air Duct Cleaning Services

2.1 Customer Responsibilities:
Before our technicians begin work, the Customer must ensure that all rooms are cleared to allow full access to the ventilation ducts. This includes moving any furniture or obstacles that could obstruct access.

2.2 Paint and Property:
The Customer acknowledges that, during Air Duct Cleaning, the Company is not responsible for any damage to paint, walls, or other surfaces in the home. The Customer agrees that any such damage, if occurring, will not be a subject of a complaint or claim against the Company.

2.3 Acceptance of Services:
Once the services have been performed, the Customer confirms acceptance of the work by signing off on the completion. By doing so, the Customer acknowledges that the work has been completed to their satisfaction and releases the Company from any future claims regarding the quality or completeness of the Services.

2.4 HVAC System Responsibility:
After the technicians leave the Customer’s premises, the Company is not responsible for any malfunctions or breakdowns of the HVAC system, including any potential issues related to the Air Duct Cleaning service.

3. Appliance Repair Services

3.1 Service Call Fee:
The Customer agrees to pay a service call fee for the technician’s visit, regardless of whether the Customer agrees to proceed with repairs. This fee is non-refundable, even if the Customer decides not to authorize any further work after the diagnosis.

3.2 Access to the Appliance:
If the appliance is obstructed or “sealed off” (e.g., built into cabinetry or enclosed), the Customer must make necessary arrangements to move or unseal the appliance. The Company is not responsible for any damage to flooring or surfaces caused during the process of moving or accessing the appliance.

3.3 Warranty on Services:
The Company offers a one-month warranty on the labor provided for appliance repairs. This warranty covers any defects in the work performed by our technicians.

3.4 Warranty on Parts:
Any warranty on parts used in repairs is provided solely by the manufacturer of the parts, and the Company makes no additional warranty regarding the performance or lifespan of these parts.

3.5 Final Acceptance of Services:
Upon full payment for services rendered, the Customer acknowledges satisfaction with the repair work and agrees that the appliance is functioning properly.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, including damages to property or loss of profits.

4.2 The Company’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service in question.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 The Customer agrees to pay for all services rendered by the Company in accordance with the pricing and terms discussed prior to the service appointment. Payments are due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Modifications to Terms

6.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The Customer is advised to review the Terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any updates.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.
